Hanan Halwany is a renowned Buzuq player and Music Composer, studied music, specialized in Oud and later Buzuq. She is a professional solo Buzuq player, has formed many bands in Lebanon and UAE, performing originals and traditional music, and different kinds of music. She has joined many renowned musicians on stage, and joined Orchestras as Buzuq player since 2011 in Lebanon. Hanan joined the official Orchestra of Dubai 2020 and performed in the Opening ceremony on stage with Legend musicians such as Hussein AL Jasmi, Andrea Bocelli, Ahlam and in 2023 she performed with Beyonce, also with Atif Aslam, AR Rahman and many others with Firdaus Orchestra-2021 until October 2024. Hanan's music compositions have been broadcasted on some radio stations and TV channels, and were adopted in the musical scores for a Lebanese movie. She was awarded a medal and certificate in 2019 by The Beirut Popular Assembly for her Buzuq playing and composing. She continues to collaborate with local and international artists. She also studied singing, Psychology, specialized in Industrial psychology, and later Human resources to become Human Resources Manager, before she decided to dedicate her full time and energy to music. Her aim is to spread positivity through her work and especially through her music.
